Refund Policy

All sales are final. KaziGo plans are sold as one-time, non-recurring 30-day access passes purchased via PayPal. Once a payment is processed, the plan is unlocked immediately and the period begins.

7-day satisfaction window

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using your plan and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days of your payment, you may request a full refund of that payment. Email support@kazigo.site with your PayPal order ID and a description of the issue.

No partial / pro-rated refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days, downgrades, or for plans that have already been used in any meaningful capacity (added products, sent AI replies, generated reports, etc.).

Automatic lock after 30 days

Each paid plan grants 30 days of access from the moment of payment. After 30 days your account automatically reverts to the Free tier and paid features are locked until you make another payment. There are no recurring charges — you only pay when you choose to renew.
